Baked Fish Fillets

Yummy recipe for moist, flaky fish 2 White Fish Fillets (any white fish like Sole, Roughy, Rock Fish, etc) 2 Tablespoons Butter 2 Limes, sliced 2 Lemons, sliced 1 Orange or Grapefruit, sliced 1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed leaves Dash Chives Dash Garlic Pinch flavored Sea Salt Pinch White Pepper Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Place fish fillets in a glass baking dish. Coat dish with olive oil first if desired. Dot fillets with butter and dust with Dill. Sprinkle fillets with Chives, Pepper, and Sea Salt. Layer the citrus on top of the fish fillets. I prefer to go smallest first, so I layer the limes first, then the lemons, then the orange or grapefruit. Place a foil tent over the baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes at 350° F. Remove foil and bake for 5-10 more minutes.
