Pumpkin Muffins for Pets

These are great for getting healing herbs into your cat or dog, or just as a special tasty treat. 1¼ cup oat flour (I use organic) 1 teaspoon baking soda ¼ cup almond butter, natural ¼ cup Salmon oil (reduce to 1/8 cup if not adding herbs) ¼ - ½ cup applesauce ½ cup pumpkin puree 1 Tablespoon molasses 1 egg And if desired: Herbs to add for settling tummies: 1 Tablespoon ground Ginger 2 teaspoons ground Agrimony Herbs to add for recovery from stress: 1 Tablespoon ground Licorice Root 2 teaspoons ground Rhodiola Root or Ashwaganda Herb to add for relaxing: 2 teaspoons ground Lemon Balm (I use all of these herbs together before we travel ... both the dog and the cat get some since they both travel with us) Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into mini muffin tins and bake at 350° F for 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
