Red Potato Salad

I decided to craft a potato salad using red potatoes. Since hubby and I both like them and don’t mind the skins I leave them on. So glad I wrote down what I did ... we find this to be yummy! 6 Red Potatoes 3 Hard-Boiled Eggs, diced 4 Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled (about 1/8 cup) 6 Sweet Gherkin Pickles, diced 1/4 cup sliced Black Olives 3/4 cup Mayonnaise 1/8 cup Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon Parsley 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Granules 1/8 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning Black Pepper to taste dash Paprika pinch Sea Salt (I used Rosemary Sea Salt) Boil the potatoes for about 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool then dice. Add the diced pickles, diced eggs, sliced olives, and crumbled bacon to the potatoes in a large bowl. Blend the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, garlic, seasoning, pepper, paprika, and sea salt in a small bowl. Pour the mayonnaise mixture into the rest of the ingredients and stir until well mixed. Cover and chill in refrigerator.
